underwhelming experience

insufficient heating dangerous shower access

the room was quite cold. the heating seemed insufficient and i found access to the shower somewhat dangerous. breakfast was adequate but did not quite meet my expectations for a hotel of this supposed standard.

Fantastic Central Stay!

The bed had comfortable linen and pillows, a real treat! The location was perfectly central. The staff were both helpful and professional. The car park was easy to use and I had no problem finding a space, so convenient.

I did find the temperature in the room to be just a little too cold!

The hotel sits near the marketplace. It is close to many shops. A Tesco supermarket is nearby, so are numerous bars and restaurants. The position allows convenient access to city center attractions.

The breakfast buffet included several well-cooked options. I saw options of fruit, cereal, juice, and hot drinks. The restaurant offers a good meal. It made for a great start to the day.

My room featured a comfortable chair. There were tea-making facilities. A fridge was available. Also included were an iron, hairdryer, and safe. The bathroom had all essential amenities.

convenient location friendly staff comfy bed parking deal

the location was very convenient for a relaxed weekend. i visited attractions and hospitality venues. the staff were friendly and helpful, and the comfy bed and shower were good! the parking deal inside was better than paying directly on the app.
