underwhelming experience

insufficient heatingdangerous shower access
the room was quite cold. the heating seemed insufficient and i found access to the shower somewhat dangerous. breakfast was adequate but did not quite meet my expectations for a hotel of this supposed standard.

The bed had comfortable linen and pillows, a real treat! The location was perfectly central. The staff were both helpful and professional. The car park was easy to use and I had no problem finding a space, so convenient.
